Weather in Florida is usually sunny and clear, and occasionally unpredictable. If bad weather threatens your perfect day, we've prepared weather impact accommodations for a worry-free, all-inclusive cabana rental experience.

In the event your beach day is threatened with bad weather, we ask for your prompt responses & flexibility. 

If bad weather is on the horizon, we offer the following options. 

1. Reschedule:  Contact us with your preferred date to reschedule, and we will do everything we can to try to accommodate your new date. 

2. Cancel with a full refund (minus the 3% booking fee). Cancelations must be made 3 hours before your start time. 

If you do not reschedule or cancel, please be aware of the following weather guidelines. 

We reserve the right to adjust your beach cabana booking up to one hour as we are unable to set-up in active rain or lightning. 

We reserve the right to move your beach cabana booking to another location to either avoid the rain, or to ensure we can accommodate everyone for the day. 

We reserve the right to breakdown your set-up at any point if thunderstorms are actively approaching. Please note: if lightning is approaching in the area we must begin breakdowns to ensure the safety of our employees and guests. 

If it starts raining during your set-up feel free to go find cover! But once your cabanas has been set-up we are unable to refund you.  

We reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 75% refund if weather impedes our set-up and you have not canceled or rescheduled.

If the winds are predicted to be 15 MPH or higher we are unable to set-up the cabanas. 

All non-weather cancellations require 48 hours notice to receive a full refund, minus the 3% service charge. 

If cancellations are within 48 hours there will be a $75 cancellation fee.
